Undergraduate program changes are requested by the student in GullNet by clicking on the Academic Records tile and then selecting Academic Records Requests and Create a New Request. Because requests require approval, please allow at least 7 business days for processing. Additional time may be required during peak periods.
When changing an undergraduate major, minor, graduate program, or a track/concentration the catalog year will automatically move forward to the current academic year. As such, the student will be required to complete all general education, major, and minor requirements as outlined in that year’s catalog.
If the student prefers to follow the curriculum required in their previous year’s catalog, they should first change their major. Once the change to major has been processed and is reflected in GullNet, the student should log back in and change the catalog year to a previous year in which they were enrolled.
Graduate program changes are submitted by the student by completing the Request to Transfer to Another Program form. After it has been signed by all approvers, the Dean of Graduate Studies will forward it to the Registrar’s Office for processing. Because requests require multi-level approval, please allow time for processing.
