- Continued scholarship eligibility will be monitored at the conclusion of the fall and spring semesters. Recipients must maintain the required minimum GPA, and in some cases remain in an eligible major for their particular scholarship for continued eligibility. Perdue Scholarship recipients must earn 30 credits per academic year. Scholarship funding for students who fail to meet the minimum requirements will be terminated with the exception of first-semester students. First-semester students who have achieved a minimum 2.0 GPA at the conclusion of their first semester will be permitted to receive their scholarship funding for one additional semester, after which they must be meeting minimum requirements for continued scholarship eligibility. First-semester students who fail to achieve at least a 2.0 GPA will have their scholarship terminated without warning. A termination letter will be sent to any student who has lost their scholarship eligibility. A warning letter will be sent to any first-semester student who achieves a GPA between 2.0 and 2.999.
- Academic scholarships will be paid to an undergraduate first bachelor’s degree seeking students for a maximum of eight consecutive fall and spring semesters. A student who finishes his/her course of study in less than eight semesters or transfers to another institution will not receive a refund of unused scholarship monies or an increase in their award amount for the enrolled semesters.
- Continuous full-time enrollment is required to retain most undergraduate scholarships. Full-time enrollment is defined as enrolling in 12 or more credits for each fall and spring semester.
