Any student selected for verification who has been admitted or currently attending SU will be receive notification regarding the appropriate federal verification worksheet/form that must be completed as well as required supporting documentation that must be submitted.
All students can view the verification documents required. These items are marked as “Initiated.”
To review your “To Do List”
Please comply with the required “Initiated” items by the published due date. We will send reminders to your e-mail until such time as all requests have been met. Please note, failure to complete verification will delay disbursement of aid. Allow 1-2 weeks processing time once we receive all required documents. However, during our peak processing period, May through August, this process could take considerably longer. The To Do list item will no longer appear on your GullNet once our office receives the documentation. Once our office verifies the information, your initial aid offer will be confirmed or recalculated. If your aid offer is recalculated you will be notified by our office.
We strongly encourage all parents and students to email scanned documents to: firstname.lastname@example.org as it greatly reduces the amount of time required to complete a review.
