This year’s speakers, Dr. Lisa Heldke and Dr. Chad Lavin, will explore the philosophical and political significance of subjects such as farming and cooking, meat and vegetarianism, diet and obesity, exotic and local foods. So regardless of whether you are concerned about food or you simply like to eat, this promises to be a fascinating event! As is customary, there will be ample time for discussion throughout the day.

Featuring a panel of local experts and lively discussion.
