Undergraduate Student Tutoring

The SU undergraduate students will tutor your child in a one-on-one setting for one hour one evening each week. These are students enrolled in the early childhood or elementary teacher education programs at SU. The session lasts ten weeks. The SU instructor oversees the tutors and their interactions with students. On the final evening of the session the tutor will meet with parents and share the results of the tutoring experience and recommendations for the future.

“The one-on-one tutoring that my child receives at May Literacy Center is incredible. Their inexpensive rates have kept us coming back for years. My son has become a better reader through his tutor’s stress-free and loving learning environment. I recommend May Literacy Center to anyone that would like to see their child improve their reading skills instantly.”
