The Director’s Welcome Address

We're so pleased to have you visit the webpage of the Mid-Atlantic Sales and Marketing Institute (MASMI), a research and an academic center within the Perdue School of Business, Salisbury University. MASMI is supported by the university and corporate sponsors’ generosity to build a pre-eminent professional selling program that caters to the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States.

This institute is led by academics with prior work experience in sales and marketing; in collaboration with sales leaders across industries. This industry partnership forms the foundation of the institute’s long term plans by offering a collaborative learning experience to students and the community.

We appreciate the intellectual and financial support of our sponsors who are excited to share resources towards our efforts at building sales talent. We also solicit new partnerships with interested corporate organizations.

The professional selling program is operational with several sections offered. The students are excited about pursuing a career in sales, and who recognize that sales function is vital to business success. We aim to create a world class professional selling program with the support of our corporate partners by exposing all participants to the skills essential to excelling as a sales and marketing professional.
