Manokin Hall
Manokin Hall is a new student, suite style, co-ed, residence hall. It houses 77 students with a building director and 4 resident assistants. Manokin Hall was renovated in 2010.

- Each room opens into a common hallway
- Two students share a room and they are connected to another room by a bathroom with a shower, toilet and two sinks
- There are a limited number of single rooms available and they are also suite-style
- TV Lounge and classroom are located on the main floor
- Ethernet and wireless connection per student
- Cable TV connection per room
- Heat/Air conditioning
- Housekeeping services the student bathrooms twice a week and maintains all common areas.
- Central laundry facility on the lower level (laundry detergent is provided)
- Resident Gull Card access to doors 24 hours a day
