SU Hosts Annual Rosh Hashanah Dinner

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University hosts its annual Rosh Hashanah dinner 4:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, September 30, in the Commons Bistro.

The menu includes salmon filets, spiced brisket with leeks and dried apricots, roasted baby carrots, roasted potatoes, baby greens with dried cherries and apples, chocolate honey dome cakes and apple tarts. (SU does not have a kosher kitchen.)

Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, cost is $15, $8.75 for children 6 and under. The public is invited.
