Football Game, Laser Light Show Celebrate 'We Are SU'

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University lights up the night Friday, September 2, to celebrate the successful completion of “We Are SU: The Campaign for Salisbury University.”

The largest fundraising initiative in campus history, the campaign exceeded its $75 million goal at the end of June. Funding will benefit student scholarships, classroom equipment and other enhancements.

The celebration begins 6 p.m. at Sea Gull Stadium, as SU football takes on Albright College. A laser light show follows on the field. The evening also includes giveaways, games and other family-friendly activities.

Admission is $7; $5 for SU alumni and non-SU students; $3 for children age 5-15; free for children under 5 and current SU students, faculty and staff with Gull Card.
