Mazur Presents 'Dreams, Demons and Deconstruction: Designing the Perfect Conflict Management Field' April 26
SALISBURY, MD---Dr. Cynthia Mazur, alternative dispute resolution director for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), discusses “Dreams, Demons and Deconstruction: Designing the Perfect Conflict Management Field” at Salisbury University Wednesday, April 26.
Her presentation is 5:30 p.m. in Conway Hall Room 156. She speaks about how conflict management professionals can be more impactful, increase their sophistication and extend the scope of their value.
Mazur has been in her current role with FEMA for 17 years. She has more than 25 years of federal service, including two years with the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. A professional facilitator, trainer and mentor-mediator, she has worked for more than 20 years as a part-time mediator for the District of Columbia Superior Court.
She has earned FEMA’s highest Chief Counsel Award for Leadership, as well as the D.C. Bar Association’s Distinguished Service Award for arbitration.
