Menu Announced For European Feast

SALISBURY, MD---The following menu is served during Salisbury University’s European feast 5-7 p.m. Friday, September 26, at The Bistro in SU’s Commons:
Hungarian goulash
Pierogis
Flemish-style green peas
Buttered Brussels sprouts
Stuffed peppers
Potato rosti
Stuffed cabbage
Kielbasa with sauerkraut
Russian tea cakes
