SU Presents And the Tony Goes To... Musical Dinner Revue

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Department of Music presents the dinner theatre production And the Tony Goes To… A Revue of Tony Award-Winning Broadway Musicals Friday-Sunday, December 12-14, in the Wicomico Room of the Guerrieri University Center.

The show features songs from award-winning musicals, both traditional and contemporary, including Guys and Dolls, South Pacific, The Sound of Music, Finian’s Rainbow, The Pajama Game, A Little Night Music, Into the Woods, Les Miserables and Hairspray.

Those attending dinner performances Saturday-Sunday, December 13-14, have a choice of entrée: prime rib, Chesapeake chicken or tortellini. New York cheesecake is served for dessert and a cash bar is available. Student performers double as wait staff and accept tips to benefit SU’s music scholarship program.

The performance Friday, December 12, does not include dinner and requires no admission. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. with an 8 p.m. curtain. SU ID card holders are seated first.

Doors open 6:30 p.m. Saturday, December 13, with an 8 p.m. curtain and 1:30 p.m. Sunday, December 14, with a 3 p.m. curtain. Tickets are $25 each, and advance reservations are required.

A limited number of “show only” seats not requiring admission are available Saturday-Sunday on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available 30 minutes before curtain time. The public is cordially invited. The show is recommended for mature audiences.
