Memorial Service for Dr. Charles Long Saturday, September 18

SALISBURY, MD--A memorial service celebrating the life of Dr. Charles Long, a professor of education at Salisbury State University who died suddenly in late May, will be held Saturday, September 18, at 1 p.m. in the Great Hall in Holloway Hall.

Long, whose professional life was dedicated to working with current and future teachers, taught at SSU for 20 years.

The memorial service is sponsored by the SSU Education Department and Kappa Delta Pi, an education honorary society. Refreshments will be served following the service in the Social Room.
