Stereo Strings Perform During SU's Annual French Week Dinner
SALISBURY, MD---The Stereo Strings — violinist Stephanie Myers and musette accordionist Lou Coppola – perform during Salisbury University Dining Services’ annual French Week Dinner on Thursday, November 8.
Myers has played for five presidents and at two Olympics. Coppola was the first accordionist to win three consecutive national championships and performed with the U.S. Air Force Strolling Strings for more than 28 years, ultimately becoming its leader.
They perform from 5-7 p.m. in the Commons. Dinner is served from 4:30-7:30 p.m.
The menu includes beef bourguignon with grilled sourdough bread, salmon dijonnaise, Boursin roasted garlic mashed potatoes, cream horns, berry parfait and chocolate mousse cake.
Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, cost is $14.20, $8.55 for children under 5. Reservations are not required.
