Three SU ROTC Cadets Commissioned

SALISBURY, MD---Three cadets from Salisbury University’s Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program recently were commissioned as second lieutenants upon graduation. 

Keegan Britton of Annapolis, MD, earned his B.S. in information systems. He is branched Army Signal Corps. After completing his initial Army Signal Basic Officer Leader Course at Fort Gordon, GA, he will be assigned to A-Company, 198th Signal Battalion, Delaware Army National Guard. He received his first salute from his mentor, Sgt. David Pace. Britton graduated from Kent Island High School in Stevensville, MD.

Mason Casanova of Fayetteville, NC, earned his B.S. in physics. He is branched Infantry. After completing his initial Army Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course at Fort Benning, GA, he will be assigned a place of duty. He received his first salute from his father, SFC (Ret.) Marc Casanova. Casanova graduated from Queen Anne’s County High School in Centreville, MD. 

Dain Connor of Silver Spring, MD, earned a B.A. in French. He is branched Infantry. After completing his initial Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course at Fort Benning, GA, he will be assigned to D-Company, 1-175th Infantry Regiment of the Maryland Army National Guard in Easton, MD. He received his first salute from his brother PFC James J. Connor. He graduated from Kent Island High School in Stevensville, MD.
