SU Hosts Hispanic Heritage Dinner September 12

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University hosts its annual Hispanic Heritage Dinner 4:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, in the Commons Bistro.

The menu includes beef saltado, Peruvian roasted chicken, roasted purple potatoes, Peruvian rice and peas, sautéed tri-color peppers, pickled onion salsa criolla, sopapillas and tres leches cake.

Cost is $14.20, $8.55 for children under 5. Reservations are not required.

Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, the dinner is part of SU’s annual Hispanic Heritage Month festival. A free concert by Peruvian band La Patronal follows at 7 p.m. in Holloway Hall Auditorium.
