SU Hosts An Evening in Paris Dinner

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University hosts “An Evening in Paris” buffet dinner 4:30-7:30 p.m. Monday, October 21, in the Commons Bistro.

The dinner is held in conjunction with that evening’s production of Paris! The Show in Holloway Hall Auditorium. 

The menu includes marinated eye of round steak chateaubriand, filet of salmon with dijonaise sauce, Dutch’s potatoes, broccoli with Hollandaise sauce, cream horns, berry parfait and chocolate mousse.

Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, cost is $15, $8.75 for children 6 and under. The public is invited. Reservations are not required.
