SU Nursing NCLEX Pass Rates Again Top USM, Maryland Campuses
Salisbury University nursing students again have achieved the highest pass rates of all University System of Maryland (USM) campuses on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX).
SU’s first-time pass rates were over 94 percent for 2020-21, topping all B.S. and B.S.N.-granting programs in the state, based on recent data from the National Council State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). SU also has the highest 10-year average pass rate of all USM institutions.
“We are very proud of our students for their continued success on this licensure examination,” said Dr. Debra Webster, director of SU’s School of Nursing. “These results are a testament to our program and the high-quality faculty who instruct and mentor students.”
