Security Expert Mark Scoular Continues SU Lecture Series

SALISBURY, MD---The Bosserman Center for Conflict Resolution’s “One Person Can Make a Difference” Lecture Series at Salisbury University continues with security expert Mark Scoular 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, in a virtual format.

In his presentation, “UK Protective Security and Preparedness - National and International Counter-Terrorism Policing,” Scoular, a former Royal Marines commando, discusses how security arrangements are strategically planned, coordinated and executed for large-scale international events such as the Olympics or World Cup. He also speaks on how host countries manage security and crisis mitigation details for high stakes international meetings.
