SU Hosts 'Everything I Am Is a Color of Nothing' Exhibit
SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University hosts the exhibit “Everything I Am Is a Color of Nothing” by Eddie Lohmeyer from April 1-June 30 in the Electronic Gallery, Conway Hall Room 128.
An artist talk is 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 31, in Conway Hall Room 153.
The multichannel video installation plays with the relationship between Buddhist philosophy, digital technologies and the hyper-commodification of networked culture. Lohmeyer employs projection mapping and glitch techniques to think through concepts of sunyata: the nothingness that comprises reality out of which worldly identities, concepts and dualities are produced.
Admission is free and the public is invited.
Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass from the Parking Services Office.
