SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Richard A. Henson School of Science and Technology presents the lecture “Lessons from the Planning Battlefield” with regional expert Richard E. Hall 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, in Henson Science Hall Room 103.
Hall, New Castle County, DE, Department of Land Use General Manager and former Maryland Department of Planning secretary, shares his best practices after decades of urban and regional planning experience.
