SU Commemorates Transgender Awareness Day November 20

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) commemorates Transgender Awareness Day 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, November 20, at the ODI office, Guerrieri Student Union Room 125.

ODI professionals will share information, provide giveaways, and offer a safe space for gathering and communication. 

Attendees are encouraged to wear a piece of non-gender-conforming clothing or an accessory to show support for the transgender community. Clothing for the LGBTQ+ Alliance’s Trans Closet Drive will be collected.

Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass.
