Student Work on Display at SU's Research Conference
SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (OURCA) hosts the 21st SU Student Research Conference 12:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, April 21.
The event showcases student research and creative activities conducted across campus. Oral presentations are 1:30-6 p.m. in Perdue Hall. An SU Ethics Bowl demonstration is 3 p.m. in Perdue Hall Room 274.
This year’s Outstanding Research Mentor Award is presented during a ceremony at 6 p.m. in the Guerrieri Academic Commons Assembly Hall. Poster presentations follow from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
All of SU’s schools, colleges and departments encourage research-oriented partnerships between students, faculty and local businesses. SU historically has been at the forefront of involving undergraduate and graduate students in cutting-edge scientific and professional research.
Conference admission is free and the public is invited. Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass.
