Humanitarian Relief Expert Speaks at SU April 6
SALISBURY, MD---Richard Green discusses “Humanitarian Response and Local Capacity Building” as part of Salisbury University’s Global Peacemaker Lecture Series 6 p.m. Thursday, April 6, in Conway Hall Room 153.
Green is the former senior advisor and counselor to UNICEF executive director Henrietta Fore, focusing on supporting the organization’s emergency humanitarian response efforts throughout the world, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Venezuela and more.
Co-sponsored by the Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution Department, Political Science Department, and Glenda Chatham and Robert G. Clarke Honors College, admission is free and the public is invited.
