Soprano Melissa Harvey Joins SSO for Winter Concert

SALISBURY, MD---The Salisbury Symphony Orchestra (SSO) presents its annual holiday concert. “Songs of the Season.” 7:30 p.m. Saturday, December 7, in the Jackson Family Auditorium of Holloway Hall.

Directed by Dr. Jeffrey Schoyen, the concert features guest soprano Melissa Harvey, marking her third time performing with the orchestra during the holidays.

Harvey earned her M.M. in Voice from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She has performed with Catacoustic Consort, The Bach Society, Collegium Cincinnati, Bourbon Baroque, Cincinnati Vocal Arts Ensemble and the Findlay Orchestra.

Tickets are $25, $20 for seniors, $10 for faculty and staff, and $5 for students. Tickets are available through SU’s online box office.

Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass.
