SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Bobbi Biron Theatre Program presents Town Hall Thursday-Sunday, May 2-5 in the Black Box Theatre of Fulton Hall.
Directed by Jamie McKittrick, curtain is 7:30 p.m., 2 p.m. Sunday.
As part of SU’s efforts to offer inclusive events for everyone in the community, Sunday’s matinee performance includes an American Sign Language interpretation for the deaf and hard of hearing.
A mesmerizing fusion of play, dream and community meeting, Town Hall explores the time in which we live, what it means to be a neighbor and challenges theatrical boundaries. Audience members join a diverse group of strangers as they grapple with the question of what it means to truly connect in today’s society. Through a series of thought-provoking and intimate conversations, this intimate production takes the audience on a journey of self-discovery and community-building that is equally inspiring, challenging and empowering.
Tickets are $15, $10 for seniors and $5 for SU faculty and staff, available through SU’s online box office.
