Carribbean Dinner Scheduled Thursday, May 1

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University Dining Services celebrates the Caribbean with a special dinner Thursday, May 1, from 5-7 p.m. in the Bistro of the Commons.

The menu includes crab cakes with citrus salsa, rum glazed ribs, chicken curry, Caribbean rice, Jamaican jerk baked beans, grilled corn with lime butter, sautéed callaloo, curried vegetables, vegan chocolate rum cake, mango cheesecake and key lime pie. The music stylings of the Steel Kings, a steel drum band, complements the meal.
