'Cinco on the Second' Dinner Celebrates Cinco de Mayo

SALISBURY, MD—Salisbury University celebrates Cinco de Mayo with a “Cinco on the Second” dinner in the Commons Bistro dining room Wednesday, May 2, from 5-7 p.m.

Featured menu items include strawberry  mock-a-ritas, shredded braised beef (ropa vieja), margarita wings, empanadas, Mexican potato skins, rice and black beans, grilled corn on the cob with lime butter, green beans with garlic and tomato, Tex-Mex squash casserole, Mexican corn cakes, tortilla chips and salsa, dulce de leche cheesecake, chocolate bread pudding with whiskey sauce, and pecan pie.

Cost is $9.30 for adults, $5.72 for children ages 6-12. Children under 5 dine free. Reservations are not required.
