SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University hosts the symposium “Democratic Government, the Law and Torture: Reflections on the Senate Torture Report” 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, in Teacher Education and Technology Center Room 153.

Sponsored by the Charles R. and Martha N. Fulton School of Liberal Arts, Political Science Department and Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement (PACE), admission is free and the public is invited. Light refreshments will be served.
