Elizabeth Burdette Receives Phi Eta Sigma Scholarship

SALISBURY, MD---Elizabeth Anne Burdette of Cherry Hill, NJ, daughter of David and Elizabeth Burdette of Fulton, NY, is the recipient of the 2003 Phi Eta Sigma National Undergraduate Scholarship, valued at $1,000.

A junior biology major, Burdette is president of Salisbury University’s chapter of the Phi Eta Sigma national honor society. She is also a member of the Beta Beta Beta biology honor society, the SU Chemistry Society and the Medical Careers Club, as well as a reading mentor at West Salisbury Elementary School.

Burdette is a 2000 graduate of Haddon Township High School in Haddon Township, NJ.
