Enterprise Rent-A-Car Donates $2,500 to SU Volunteer Center

Enterprise Donating to the SU Volunteer Center

The Salisbury University Volunteer Center has received a $2,500 donation from Enterprise Rent-A-Car to support student service experiences.

Funds will be used to support activities including alternative spring breaks, volunteer exchange programs, volunteer orientation programs, the SU Volunteer Fair, local community service activities and more.

“Their sponsorship of the Enterprise Volunteer Center shows their generous support and genuine interest in helping our students give back to the local community through volunteerism,” said Charlie Endicott, associate director of career services.

Enterprise’s Baltimore-Washington, D.C. region, which includes the Eastern Shore, has employed many SU graduates in recent years. Students are hired annually into the company’s management training program and others serve as interns. Previously, the company sponsored the classroom in the Career Services Office, which is used by students for interview preparation and more.
