Frank Shipper given special recognition

SALISBURY, MD ---Dr. Frank Shipper of Salisbury University has been awarded special recognition by The Booth Company of Boulder, CO, for his expertise in the scientific evaluation of Clark Wilson Task Cycle 360 survey feedback instruments, and in the development management and leadership training programs.

Shipper teaches strategic management and organizational behavior at SU's Perdue School of Business.
