IRS Workshop October 16 

SALISBURY, MD--A Federal/State IRS E-file Program Educational Seminar is on Tuesday, October 16, from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Worcester Room of the Commons at Salisbury University. This seminar is designed to educate new and previous participants on the Electronic Tax Administration initiatives and technical updates concerning the IRS e-file program. 

Topics discussed this year also include Business e-file, Electronic Federal Tax Payment System  (EFTPS), the Earned Income Tax Credit, Tax Law Updates and State electronic filing information and updates. Again this year, assistance is provided in the completion of Form 8633.  Application to participate in the e-file program and fingerprinting is available during the break and lunch times only. 

Continuing education credits are available to those who qualify. For Delaware participants, representatives from the Delaware Division of Revenue will be available.
