PACE Co-Sponsors Wicomico Candidate Forums

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement (PACE) and the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce are partnering to offer “Lunch and Learn” sessions with candidates for Wicomico County offices Fridays this summer.

Each session is held from noon-1 p.m. at the chamber’s business center, 144 E. Main St. The forum offers residents a chance to hear from the candidates in a non-confrontational setting.

Expected to attend the next Lunch and Learn on Friday, July 23, are: Wicomico County Council President Gail Bartkovich, District 1 council representative Sheree Sample-Hughes, at-large council candidate Michael Brewington, District 2 candidate Michael Calpino and county executive candidate Tom Taylor.
