Public Hearings Scheduled on UMB-UMCP Potential Merger Study

The University System of Maryland (USM) Board of Regents has scheduled two public hearings as part of its study of the potential merger of the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) and the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP).  The hearings will give members of campus communities and external audiences the opportunity to offer their perspectives on this critical topic.

The second and final hearing is scheduled from 1-3 p.m. Friday, October 28, at UMCP. USM has arranged for the public hearing to be live streamed.
