SBDC Offers Start and Manage Seminar January 11

SALISBURY, MD---"How to Start and Manage Your Own Business," a comprehensive workshop for new or potential business owners, is on Thursday, January 11, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Frederick Room of the Commons on the Salisbury State University campus.

 The seminar features seven professionals instructing new or prospective business owners on constructing a business plan, banking requirements, insurance needs, marketing, record- keeping and legal and safety issues. 

The workshop is sponsored by the Maryland Small Business Development Center Network-Eastern Region, Salisbury State University and SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives). The seminar fee is $40 per person and includes all class materials and lunch.
