SU Hosts Mardi Gras Dinner Tuesday, February 24

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University hosts a Mardi Gras dinner from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, at the Bistro in the Commons. The menu includes vegan jambalaya, gumbo with chicken and sausage, seafood étoufée, bourbon chicken, Cajun broiled snapper, dirty rice, sweet potato pudding, hushpuppies, chicken and broccoli crêpes, Creole ratatouille, asparagus, sautéed spinach and garlic, baguettes, banana bread, sweet potato cheesecake, bread pudding, pecan pie and chocolate mousse.
