SU ROTC Cadets Receive Commissions at Ceremony

SALISBURY, MD---Three cadets from Salisbury University’s U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program recently were commissioned as second lieutenants upon graduating from the program.

Bender, of Germantown, MD, earned her B.S. in nursing and is branched nurse corps. Mitchell, of Salisbury, earned his B.S. in political science and is branched armor. Spencer, of Kent Island, MD, earned his B.S. in management and is branched transportation.
