SU Staff Present at Higher Education Software Conference

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University administrators recently gave six presentations at the Oracle Higher Education Users Group Conference in Nashville. They were:

Melissa Ashcraft, assistant director of admissions, on “Streamlining Transfer Credit Processes Using Automation and Self Service”

Ross Leisten, information technology business system analyst, on “Creating Virtual Files and Reclaiming Office Space: Document Imaging and PeopleSoft”

Joanna O’Neal, information technology developer; and Rhonda Livingston, SU Foundation comptroller, on “Data Warehouse Implementation for Reporting East”

Diana Wagner, Seidel School advising services coordinator, on “Leading the Change Through Faculty Advisor Training”

Jerry Waldron, chief information officer, on “Stage Three of the Oracle Implementation: Rediscovering Business Intelligence”

Ken Kundell, information technology director, on “Rolling out the Welcome Mat: Developing a Residence Life Management System for Today’s Campus Environment”
