Shipper to Speak at Utah State University

SALISBURY, MD --  Frank Shipper, professor in the Franklin J. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University, will make a presentation at the 14th annual Summer Instructional Institute at Utah State University in August.

His talk, "Web-Enhanced 360, 720, 1180 Feedback and Beyond," will introduce conference participants to interactive, Web-based learning in support of 360 feedback, a management and leadership development tool. Online learning modules have been developed so performance improvements can be addressed without attending traditional courses, seminars and training sessions.
