University Galleries, English Department Present 'Natural Selections' February 17

SALISBURY, MD---Can the arts inspire one another? Faculty and staff from Salisbury University’s English Department and University Galleries believe they can.

They join forces to present “Natural Selections: A Reading of Writing Inspired by the ‘Nature in American Photography’ Exhibit in Fulton Hall.” The evening of poetry and literature begins at 7 p.m. Thursday, February 17,” in the University Gallery of Fulton Hall.

The English Department presents an open invitation for students, faculty and staff to read at the event. Those interested in reading should preview the exhibit before the evening of the event and select writings that relate to works hanging in the show. The readings may be any piece of writing, from famous authors and poets to originals written by the reader.
