Van Wagenberg juries art exhibition

SALISBURY, MD ----Dr. Anke Van Wagenberg of Salisbury University's Department of Art recently juried the Tidewater Artists' Association Annual Portfolio Exhibition at The Courthouse Gallery in Portsmouth, VA.
She selected 13 artists for this "portfolio" exhibition, where the concept is based on jurying a body of work rather than individual pieces.
The show included portraits, figures, interiors, exteriors, still lives, landscapes, florals and non-objective compositions, rendered in varying degrees of realism and abstraction, from photo-realism to non-objective abstract expressionism of the hard-edged geometric variety.
