Spring Lecture Series March 10: "Hometown Media" by Gary Grossman

SALISBURY, MD--The Media and American Society spring lecture series at Salisbury State University continues on Wednesday, March 10, with a presentation by "The Daily Times" publisher and editor Gary Grossman. His presentation, free and open to the public, is at 7 p.m. in the Wicomico Room of SSUâs Guerrieri University Center. The topic of his presentation is "Hometown Media."

Before coming to Salisbury as editor of "The Daily Times," he was editor of the "Daily Star," Oneonta, NY, and "The Times Herald-Record," Middletown, NY. Born and raised in Aruba, Grossman completed his undergraduate education at Colgate University with a degree in political science and history and received his graduate degree in journalism from Columbia University. He resides in Salisbury with his wife, daughter and their dog.
