Summer Research Showcase Celebrates Work of SU Students
Salisbury, MD---The Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (OURCA) invites members of the campus and greater communities to attend its annual Summer Student Research Showcase 3:30-5 p.m. Thursday, September 3. This year’s showcase will be a virtual event.
At this event, students who conducted research over the summer present their work, which covers topics from research on the novel coronavirus RNA to analyzing social identities on TikTok.
The event begins on Zoom with opening comments and student introductions. Starting at 4 p.m., the event moves to Flipgrid to view the students’ presentations of their research. Attendees will be able to post video comments and questions on the presentations. For more information about how to use Flipgrid to post video comments, visit the Flipgrid website.
The showcase celebrates the work of these students, who were able to adapt to the challenges of researching remotely to still produce results.
