SALISBURY, MD---Killer plants from outer space take root at Salisbury University this spring with the campy, Faustian, sci-fi musical Little Shop of Horrors, presented by the Bobbi Biron Theatre Program Thursday-Saturday, March 14-16, in the Jackson Family Auditorium of Holloway Hall.

Directed by Blake Harris, curtain is 7:30 p.m. each night and 2 p.m. Saturday. As part of SU’s efforts to offer inclusive events for everyone in the community, Saturday’s matinee performance includes an American Sign Language interpretation for the deaf and hard of hearing.

With music by the Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, the team that created Disney’s Little Mermaid, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast, audiences discover through music and hilarious antics the consequences of not heeding the warning “Don’t feed the plants!” Music direction is by Dr. William Folger.

Tickets are $25; $20 for seniors; $10 for SU faculty and staff; and $5 for students, available through SU’s online box office.

Those planning to park on campus must register in advance for a free parking pass.
