BEACON welcomes new team

SALISBURY, MD ---Salisbury University's Business Economic and Community Outreach Network (BEACON) welcomes its fall 2002 team of research associates.

They include M.B.A. student Jennifer Jackson of Fruitland, MD; sophomore Stephanie Powell of Frederick, MD; senior Ari Hantske of Berlin, MD; recent SU graduate Billy Biggs of Lexington Park, MD; sophomore Jessica Grabau of Columbia, MD; and senior Rachel Zitnik and freshman Zachary Bateman, both of Baltimore.

"In addition to fulfilling the regional service mission of our University by providing business, economic and community development services, we help to fulfill the University's academic mission by providing students and faculty with applied business learning opportunities," said BEACON Director Memo Diriker.
