Commercial Real Estate 101 seminars offered

SALISBURY, MD -----"Commercial Real Estate 101," a one-day seminar sponsored by the Small Business Development Center at Salisbury University, is on Thursday, October 17, from 9 a.m.-noon in the Commons building on the SU campus and on Thursday, November 7,from 9 a.m.-noon at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, MD.

Before starting a business it is imperative to select the proper site. This course features real estate experts and an attorney who offer insight into what to look for when selecting a business location. Issues such as property size, buying vs. leasing, terms of agreement, zoning regulation and legal considerations are covered.
