Kathleen Groutt serves on panel at England conference

SALISBURY, MD ------Salisbury University's director of housing and residence life, Dr. Kathleen Groutt, participated in the Oxford Round Table at St. Anthony's College in the University of Oxford, England from June 30-July 5.

The Round Table provides a forum for higher education personnel to discuss current issues facing state and national systems of education. Topics included the financing of higher education, the impact of technology and distance learning on higher education, assessment and strategic planning, and student retention.

Groutt served on a panel which reacted to a presentation entitled "Enhancing the Quality of the Learning Environment: An Innovative, Theme-Based, Longitudinal Learning Experience for Students."
