Dance Company Announces New Officers

SALISBURY, MD--The Salisbury University Dance Company Executive Council for the 2004-2005 academic year is: Fiona Green, president; Megan Truitt, vice president; Laura Plitt, secretary; Kristi Martini, treasurer; and Rebecca Rowe, media relations. The officers are peer-elected and serve as liaisons to the director. They select recipient organizations for the company’s fundraising efforts. The officers also plan and schedule guest artists, community service and fundraising events. The dance company is rehearsing for its 15th annual Fall Dance Showcase, scheduled Wednesday-Saturday, November 10-13.  The program will feature guest performances by Trabuco, a salsa dance company, and the Hip-Hop Kids from Salisbury Urban Ministries.
