Diners Gear Up For Food Trends of the '80s April 19
SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University Dining Services continues its spring Festival of Foods series with a Food Trends of the ‘80s dinner 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, in the Bistro Dining Room of the Commons. The dinner is part of SU’s “‘80s on Our 80th” spring cultural events series, celebrating SU’s 80th anniversary.
The menu includes buffalo shepherd’s pie, chicken breast with kiwi-raspberry sauce, blacked red fish, mashed Yukon gold potatoes with roasted garlic, grilled polenta, orzo with sun-dried tomato pesto, Brussels sprouts with maple syrup and balsamic vinegar, purple cauliflower, Watergate salad, monkey bread, croissants, brownies with white chocolate chips, mud pie and dirt cake.
